This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience while driving sales performance.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will gain hands-on experience in executing in-store marketing campaigns for one of our Fortune 500 clients. Serving as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand effectively. Success in this position requires a strong learning mindset and top-tier customer service abilities. Once proficiency is demonstrated, Brand Ambassadors will advance to managing their own in-store marketing campaigns as Account Executives.

In this role, you will manage accounts with a focus on sales performance, compliance, and ongoing training. A key aspect of this position is daily leadership of a team, where we expect you to demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills, serving as a role model for others.

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for mastering and executing key behind-the- scenes functions, including payroll management, conducting interviews, and overseeing financial and recruitment budgets. A critical aspect of this role involves strategizing for expansion and territory growth.
